A winter experience par excellence awaits fun- and pleasure seeking athletes on the Zau[:ber:]g – the magic mountain - Semmering with a unique range of 6 night ski slopes and tobogganing, well-groomed, high snow-guarantee, great après-ski and romantic mountain huts.

By day and night, beginners and families, experts, carvers and snowboarders can enjoy the red (intermediate), blue (easy) and black (advanced) ski slopes. The offer ranges from the family slope, which is ideal for practising your skills due to its low incline to the FIS-Worldcup Slope Panorama, on which the Ladies’ Ski World Cup takes place in December 2010, and the challenging Diamond slope for experienced skiers. The perfectly prepared slopes will invite you to carve, and the beautiful views over the Semmering-Rax-Schneeberg area will enchant and delight your senses. The 6 night slopes, daily fresh groomed before the night opening hours, are world wide unique with its World Cup capable illumination and offer an unforgettable ski evening!

Split-Park for Snowboarder and Freeskiers
The place-to-be for snowboarders and freeskiers of all levels is the Split-Park. Specially designed elements such as a kicker with two jumps, a six meter rail, 5 various boxes, nine meter rainbowbox, an A-frame box that extends 12 m, fun box with 5 m table, a wall ride and a “Rohr” offer challenges and infinite fun. Two chill-out areas enhance the perfect Split-Park feeling.

The Zau[:ber:]g Experience-Tobbogan Run
The Zau [:ber:]g adventure toboggan run - with a total length of 3 km and floodlight during the night - guarantees incomparable sledge-fun. Fantastic buildings, tunnels and magic lighting effects all about the history of the magician Siebenstein and the evil dragon Feuerzahn will enchant the young and the young at heart and take them to the magical world of the Zau[:ber:]g.

Experience unforgettable après ski atmosphere in the ZauberBAR, directly at the foot of the Zau[:ber:]g. Different levels, the most modern and high-quality design, music for everyone’s taste and LIVE-performances turn every evening into a magical experience.

Events at the Zau[:ber:]g Semmering
The numerous events hosted during the winter season on the Zau[:ber:]g Semmering also guarantee great winter fun and adventure. The highlights of the season 2009 /2010 are the World Snowboard Day with free Burton Snowboard Test, the Zipflbob (a small funny sled) Challenge, the annual Celebrity Ski Race as well as the Eastcuo Snowboard and Freeski Contest.

News in the Winter 2009 / 2010
Online-ticketing: In the 2009/2010 winter season you can conveniently book your lift ticket for the desired skiing day at Zau[:ber:]g Semmering from your computer, without waiting and queuing

Aprés Ski in the Internet: The innovative service for skiers of Skiline.cc. Enter your ski pass number on the internet and see the altitude-time diagram of the entire skiing day. More details at: www.zauberberg.at

Longer night service: Also new are the longer opening hours of the night service. It is now possible to enjoy the freshly prepared pistes already from Thursday to Saturday from 6pm to 10pm. From Sunday to Wednesday, the night service runs as usual from 6pm to 9pm.

Night season ticket: For the first time, there is a special season ticket at Zau[:ber:]g for the night service, which is only valid for the night service hours.

Split-Park: There are 2 new boxes in the Split-Park, which are offering even better conditions for the Snowboarders and Freeskiers to train their jibbing skills.


Activities for everyone
Well-groomed winter hiking trails, snowshoe and ski touring routes and cross-country skiing trails in the village as well as access to the Semmering-Wechsel-Panorama cross-country trail provide variety in your winter vacation.
